National Day of Mourning - Part 1 - Beginning...

As you're probably aware, Tuesday, April 28th was the National Day of Mourning.

Lynn McKenzie, who is an injured/partially disabled worker, an Injured Workers Coalition member, and creator/promoter of this site, is an author and blog writer, who wrote an entry on her blog:  Life with Lynnie.  The entry is entitled, National Day of Mourning - Part 1 - Beginning

Here is the link that you can click on, and read:  http://www.lifewithlynnie.com/2015/05/national-day-of-mourning-part-1.html.

Hopefully, you clicked on the link and read about what was done on April 28th, the National Day of Mourning.

Please know that in order to participate with the group on April 28th each you, you do NOT need to be an injured worker.  You can be a family member, or friend of someone injured or killed at work.  Or, you can be just someone who supports the group in its efforts to encourage those who have been affected by injury at work.

Hopefully, we'll see you there, next year!
